One of a kind indeed: Teleperformance in the USA is now GPTW-certified

With this, we are proud to announce that, for the first time, Teleperformance in the USA is now Great Place to Work™-certified. This prestigious certification is a first for a US employer of our size in the US, making us one of a kind. This certification sets a new standard for US BPO companies. We value this award, and it is much more inspiring to gain appreciation, recognizing that the trust our people have in us is greater than ever. Their loyalty is invaluable, and every time our people remember our devotion to their satisfaction, motivation, wellbeing, and growth, we always remain grateful.

GPTW, a global workplace culture authority, follows an international standard in identifying high-performing workplaces in all markets and has honored enterprises with a remarkable workplace climate and strong culture.

Teleperformance continues to be successful in the US by giving our people outstanding support and services. Our people agreed that they feel accepted, protected, and included in the organization. Recognizing the absolute importance of taking care of the health and welfare of our people, our COVID-19 responses were also appreciated by our employees. One of which is our effort to move employees to work from home as soon as possible. 13,000 people were deployed to work from home by TP USA.
